High School Program

Open to High Schoolers ages 14-18;
meets on Sundays 2 pm – 4 pm

Shoreline’s Youth Group is a lively, vibrant community of teens who enjoy sharing life’s many experiences with each other. Youth Group provides exciting events in a warm, nurturing environment for all who wish to participate. We offer a safe and encouraging environment for youth and adults to grow in healthy, trusting relationships. We foster religious growth through multi-generational sharing, playing and learning. The overall program follows the guidelines set forth by the UUA to provide youth with experiences and opportunities in the following categories: worship, learning, fellowship, community service and leadership. The Youth Group activities are planned and implemented by the youth and adult leaders with the guidance of our Youth Programs Coordinator. Each year is a new year for Youth Group.

 A criminal history check is required on all of our volunteers who work with children on a regular basis.  These volunteers are also asked to submit three personal references and sign a Code of Ethics.
Our Youth Program Coordinator is Scott Richard and you can contact him at (206) 363-7994 ext.3 or shorelinedre@gmail.com.
